Our group of dedicated service providers to the superyacht industry has now been in operation for four years.  During this time, we have focused our efforts on improving our marine infrastructure, services and communication with the world’s finest superyachts to make Brisbane the preferred refit destination. Australia will continue to be an attractive cruising destination due to its natural beauty and accessibility. 

As more superyacht visit Australian shores, Brisbane’s central location between the Great Barrier Reef, Sydney and the South Pacific makes it ideal for refitting and maintenance. Consider some facts.  Our city is the only port in Australia on the Dockwise Yacht Transport network.  Brisbane has two major yards, capable of lifting up to 600 tonne, and a 2,500 tonne slipway.   Brisbane’s marine labour force exceeds 5,000 individuals.  Our subtropical climate makes the city perfect for painting.  In the past year, Brisbane has welcomed over 22 superyachts.  These magnificent vessels have visited our shores for everything from major refits to a short stop- over to re-provisions.
